The POWERbreathe Principle... many people think breathing is as auto-controlled as your heart beat, BUT it isn't. Most of us need to learn to breathe well. POWERbreathe exercises your inspiratory muscles - the muscles we use to breathe.

Like any under used muscle the inspiratory muscle becomes weak without exercise. POWERbreathe has a unique pressure valve which creates resistance against the inward breath, making your inspiratory muscles work harder and ultimately improving their strength and endurance. POWERbreathe can be thought of as 'dumbbells for your diaphragm'
